March 30, 2017, The Department of the Interior and Local Government Region III convened the Central Luzon – Regional Poverty Reduction Action Team (CL-RPRAT) 1st Quarter meeting on March 30, 2017 at Bliss Hotel, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

The activity aims to evaluate the over-all performance of CL-RPRAT in the implementation and completion of the BuB projects for F.Y. 2014, 2015, and 2016 and to formulate feasible resolutions to issues and concerns raised during project monitoring. As of March 15, 2017 Central Luzon has delivery rates of 97%, 78% and 40% for fiscal years 2014, 2015 and 2016, respectively.

Furthermore, the Provincial Stakeholders Forum and the Policy Guidelines and Procedures in the implementation of Assistance to Disadvantaged Municipalities (ADM) Program for F.Y. 2017 were also discussed in the said event.
