The Department of the Interior and Local Government Region 3, as chair of the Central Luzon Regional Poverty Reduction Action Team (CL-RPRAT), convened the 3rd CL-RPRAT meeting last Friday, September 30, 2016 at Capampangan Island Restaurant, Sindalan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga in order to review and validate the status of project implementation of Bottom-up Budgeting (BuB) F.Y.2014, 2015 and 2016 projects and thresh out issues and concerns to fast track the project implementation. As of September 26, 2016 Central Luzon has delivery rates of 94%, 61% and 16% for fiscal years 2014, 2015, and 2016, respectively.

The activity was participated in by the members of Central Luzon Regional Poverty Reduction Action Team (CL-RPRAT) – NGA member agencies, NAPC PFPs, and Provincial Planning and Development Coordinators, also in attendance were the BuB Regional Coordinator, and DILG Provincial/HUC Focal Persons.
