The DILG Bulacan in coordination with the Provincial Government of Bulacan conducted the ELCAC Provincial Leveling Session held via zoom platform on June 8, 2021.
The one-day activity, attended and participated by key officers and functionaries from the national, provincial and the local government units was a collective effort initiated by the Provincial Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (PTF-ELCAC) in the Province of Bulacan. This was also in compliance with the Joint Resolution No. 1 and Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC) and the Provincial Development Council (PDC) which took effect on October 2019.
Some of the program highlights include the presentation of the accomplishment reports presented by various government agencies, the discussions about Support to Barangay Development Programs (SBDP), and the E.O. No. 70 or '' Institutionalizing the Whole-of-Nation-Approach in Attaining Inclusive and Sustainable Peace, Creating National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict, and Directing the Adoption of National Peace Framework '', among other relevant and pertinent topics as discussed during the open forum.
