Approximately 2,600 uniformed and non-uniformed personnel were presented ready for the conduct of the 30th South-East Asian Games in a send-off ceremony held on November 18, 2019.
Commander and Pampanga Police Director Atty. Jean Fajardo identified troops from the Philippine National Police, Armed Forces of the Philippines, Bureau of Fire Protection, and Philippine Air Force, all prepped for the security, safety, and emergency concerns inside and along the perimeter of venues to be used for the SEA games.
Board Member Rosve V. Henson gave emphasis on the importance of each stakeholder present as the protection of each athlete and important guests is the ultimate priority of the Pampanga Provincial Government more than medals that the country will bag from the meet.
Present as well were representatives from the Department of the Interior and Local Government, and North Luzon and Subic-Clark Tollways Corporation.
